We are excited to bring you a new fresh brew.  Our roasters have created roast profiles that bring out the best characteristics in the Organic Nicaragua.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Congo: Kivu buy now
We have roasted this heavy bodied coffee to bring out the earth, herbaceous flavor elements.  This coffee has a low acidity and is processed using a washed method.

 

Rawanda: Rulindobuy now
This light bodied coffee has tones of lime and current.  It features a bright, lingering acidity.  Grown in the Northern Province, Rulindo District and processed using wet and dry fermentation.  The beans are then washed and dried on raised beds.

 

We strongly believe in working together. We work with our local community and local farmers, as well as coffee farmers around the globe.

Pastor Bernardo Ponce & Rigoberto Paz are two of our partnership farmers in La Union, Honduras.  We have partnered with these farmers to not only bring you better coffee, but to improve their living conditions.

Every year during the harvest season we take an origin trip to La Union, Honduras to visit our partnership farmers.
