Nicaragua
We have roasted this medium bodied coffee to bring out the mild lemon and almond flavors. This organic and fair trade coffee is grown in the department of Segovia in the Northwest part of Nicaragua . It is a fully washed coffee and is sun dried.
We strongly believe in working together. We work with our local community and local farmers, as well as coffee farmers around the globe.
Pastor Bernardo Ponce & Rigoberto Paz are two of our partnership farmers in La Union, Honduras. We have partnered with these farmers to not only bring you better coffee, but to improve their living conditions.
Every year during the harvest season we take an origin trip to La Union, Honduras to visit our partnership farmers.
